All alerts should be investigated, as if there are false alarms well before an execution error - it is near impossible to go through log files looking for actual errors.

The most likely cause of alarms are a chart this is not working, or has been removed from TS, but not from Alertmon monitoring.

Alarms can also be from TS being closed. If TS is closed, you should put Alertmon to sleep for a appropriate time. This will pause alarms. Never close Alertmon because this may lead to human error where you forget to put TS back on line. In my decades of trading, I have seen enormous profits lost due to simple human error like this.

If a chart has been removed (or system name changed) then Alertmon will note that the chart is not writing its heartbeat, and then give you constant alarms.

Should you get a execution error that you cannot resolve, please send these screenshots, BEFORE any restart of TS occurs.

1) Chart with the error

Note if there was an error, you would expect to see Strategy postion <> Account Position.

2) Alertmon postionmatch2 tab showing any errors

The only thing that's of interest here is any rows that are not correct

3) messages tab. Note all this information is lost when TS is restarted.

4) Screen shot of trades that are in error, with arrow showing trades that are incorrect.

There are many ways to do this but Windowskey shift S will perform screen shots into clipboard.
