I have a tradestation account. I was searching for reviews about tradestation and found lately many negative reviews.

there are suddenly tens of 5 stars reviews on the same day
which is very very unlikely.

Do users here also have troubles getting money back from tradestation?
I also find questions to support are not answered.
And if you install a demo app, they sent your phonenumber, house adress and email to the seller. I thought they had privacy rules.

@rws, there platform 9.5 is good but far from perfect. Ive been with them for 20?? years. Customer server has gone from good to poor since covid.
The alternative is multicharts. Using this is like asking a andriod user to switch to apple or visa versa. 75% of the world would hate to do that.
Each platform has is own strength and weakness's.
ts10 reputation was daming, but now mixed. Some user no problems, others have lots of issues. Ive never taken money out of ts. Wires into ts were
fast.
No big deal, but this topic should go under general support section.

@rws, I can say about 4 users in the last month I know of had execution issues on the dax. Never heard of the situation before but ts did trades that
were not in the platform but did appear in thier account. Ts refunded about $1500 in one case. That was a good sign of faith.

The problem is the data that sometimes is delayed more or less a couple of minutes. There have been report of DAX data completely stopped for an hour
or so weeks ago. Also the Market depth is completely broken for all eurex. (there is an open ticket on this one but no solution have been provided in
the last half year)
Eurex's data issues unfortunately goes back for many years with TS unwillingness to provide any solution to address it. I personally have been
affected by slippage caused by the data delay. Based on this, I would only trade stuff with reasonable average trade net profit.

@coccigelus, dax systems tend to have big average trade, and many are just buy at open or at a certain time of day.
If the order still comes at the same time of day, the delay is likely tolerate-able. Much less so for day trading

Hope to publish results of a nq system that made about 35k in the last 2 months in next 2 days. That was my top performing system of late.

@sweedentrader. I added it to my web site yesterday. There is no paypal url yet, but you can just buy another NQ system for $499, and email me what
you want.
This system also pyramids well, but I havnt done that yet. The xml file is with the pa files.
Incidently, the pa exporter eld doesnt support pyramiding, but the standard TS xml exorted files work.
Results on all systems are current as of end of April. Not often I do all systems but a freak error wiped all my reports files, - so I had to do them
all again

Warning, Now is not the time to run tight stops or profit targets
Had someone on GSBsys21ES running a roughly $1000 stop got stopped and miss a roughly $5800 win. I had a $5,000 profit target in my api, so that cost
be 2 * 800
I updated reports on gsbsys21es and gsbsys1.x.es today
If you cant handle a big stop, you can just trade micros with 1/10 the leverage
The first users who got GSBFLT1NQ may have had a workspace with the end date being 3 May, not the last date. This is critical as you wont get new
trades

GSBTF4NQ/ ES MIGHT have been supplied with data ending 5/5/2022 instead of todays date, and wrong stop value
stop value is 125 for nq and 60 for ES.

Unlreated. Midcapt 400 is not a liquid market and slippage a bit high.
This is my oldest system (Pre GSB)
Trades es emd, dax russell 2000.
The emd was best out of sample, but others all good. Though I cant tell on russell 2000 as I need non delayed data to bring the chart up.
The system made a $6200 trade in the last week. Thats reflective of how good trading conditions are. The over night version of this had a $1790 profit
target.
System has never been re-optimized, but the stop & stop logic I have varied a little over time. (its not critical regardless)
The point im making is we are in very good day trading conditions

A few issues with the GBTC systems
It needs 4 years of data for live trading. 3 years can give change in results compared to longer periods
TS users must have limit orders for all GBTC trades.
It is possible some users got a version with out this work around. If in doubt chase me for a new copy

I will be releasing a Nat Gas futures day trading system shortly.
This is what a fairly big move on NG trading 4 systems on emini (1 contract on each) and a fairly choppy day on the ES / NQ
Micro can also be traded, but its 1/4 the size, not 1/10

Note all NG5 users
the readme and eld said session time was 400 to 1330 but the png showed 400 to 1430
the correct time is 400 to 1430.
Also double check that stop logic works. $1800 for emini and $450 for micro
any old pcloud links for this system wont work, as they change when I make updates to the files

if its not 10,000 then the stop is 4 * too big.
Please fix up the line in emini and emicro version, else chase me for an update

There is an update to GSB_NG5.
The stop issue is critical and should be $1800 per emini or $450 per micro. You can fix this buy looking at the post above or email me for the update
I made a minor update (version 5.03) to not allow two trades in the same direction on the same day. A reversal is allowed.
This is not important to fix, and the system had never had two trades in a day till last week. In systems in general, a reversal of current (often
loosing) position tends to be a very infrequent but profitable trade.
