Good point Daniel, but traders who do that in practice blow up. My opinion is the biggest risk in trading is multiple systems fail at the same time.
(one system fail is bad enough) Thats why I use 4 * max historical drawdown per SYSTEM, not of the portfolio.
And im still alive trading after 22 years trading, and I can live of my trading, not just selling stuff.

btc system has had an update as ts will now allow market orders on gbtc. Improved results too.

Have anybody tried any intraday systems on BTC futures ?
I knew they were going to allow market orders sooner or later. Do you know if this is the case on btc futures also ?
systems go long/short on same symbol and same account works fine for many years in TS at least on Futures. You mean it will not be allowed only for
Bitcoin specifically ?

@swedentrader, thats a good point. I got a screen shot from a user on gbtc with that issue. Im not sure if its unique to equities or not.
market orders work on bitcoin futures. The big bitcoin is not very liquid (i has slippage of $500 on a number of occasions), and the little bitcoin
has very low leverage. 50 small btc = 1 big btc

Did you try if the gbtc systems work on futures with or without some tweak ?
Also did you have much better results with swing or did you not try intraday yet ?

I tried intraday on gbtc
This is the oos with zero slippage (slippage is low) and a $6000 position size. Seems to have worked but gbtc was not the ideal session time. Its only
830 to 1500
Ive traded this since aug 1 2021
I did document gbtc, but found a not the easiest of markets, but still achievable.
The swing systems likely do better. Caught most of the long term move down

There is a free update to GSBSYS21ES system. Basically added the pattern filter from the NQ system I also sold. Despite it being a different market,
different secondary filter, the pattern filter helps reduce draw-down significantly.
A reminder too. There is a free upgrade to gsbsys1.4 es for all GSB purchasers who have signed the NDA.
1.4 is only a small upgrade to 1.3, but 1.3 out of sample performance and draw-down metrics are much better than version 1.0
Its possible also the filters in gsb1.3es and GSBSYS21ES , GSB_NQ_sysTF3 will help many day trading es / nq systems

It has daily bar pattern filters added in the code. This will stop some trades less prone to win.
There is merit in trading both versions, just remember there is a limit of 4 contrats max allowed on the total of all GSB 1.xES system(micro or emini)
to preserver liquidity

A number of users are having serious execution issues on the micro and emini dax at TS. (not at IB)
Specifically trades in the account that they did not execute. If this is the case please contact me.
Eurex data is also very delayed

A few things
Results updated for GSBsys21bES effective today.
This had a pattern filter added recently. Its a free upgrade to any purchasers.
Also has a fix for any users who got a copy that give no trades
Gold systems are now updated recently. The last update I did didnt work on the website, so results from oct 2021 to Feb 10 2022 (not very active in
the last month)
On monday at least two users got the setexitonclose exit taking the system out 1 hour early. This is a TS bug I have never seen before.
If this is widespread, I will make a simple fix to not use setexitonclose
$2195 instead of $4065 profit (less slippage and commission)
Numerous users have recorded trades in mini and micro dax that they did not take, sometimes not seen by the platform, but in your ts brokerage account
ts eurex data also delayed 8 minutes at times

Im less concerned about the delays, but very concerned about the first issue. Some users are trying to claim back from TS.
There was an update to gsbgtc system about a month back. Free for purchasers. Bigger profit target and fix for TS not allowing market orders on GBTC
Significant improvement in results
Im stopping trading overnightes as too big a drawdown and dangerous to trade during a war.

a few comments
the nq system above works better when the stop is increased to $3000 for emini / $300 micro in current range
Im killing overnightes and swingES/NQ due to high draw-down
This is not fun for any of us when this happens, and also why Ive always recommended 4 x max historical draw-down per system, not per portfolio.
ZT2NQ is doing brilliantly after a very high draw-down.
ZT2ES is going well long only. Easy to change under properties change short entry to exit only
I have some very old es/ym/dax /nq systems I will release as time permits and or es/ym/nq system oos since 2017
It all takes a lot of time to document, and im not sure what one I will do first. Im very happy with them both
Both systems trade 3 markets with zero changes in parameters.

Here are the two families of systems
s7 is a longer term system, oos many years
, swingdaily is short term but over night system, oos 2017
all have zero parmaters changes for other markets, except s7 has optional stop and pt which varies a bit per market. (might not if points were used)

TS had serious execution on the dax of late. Oce client successfully claimed back $1500 loss from TS. The errors were severe in that they may not have
placed the dax trades (im not certain) but the trades did not show up in the platform at all, but were in the live account
I will be also releasing another gold system. Its as old as the all the others, lowly corelated, but trades a little less, hence less profit. Gold has
been a nice consistent market
