no system when Validation <>0

I have been using the trial version for a few days, testing ES, CL and NG and GSB seems unable to find any systems with settings as Training%40/Test%30/Validation%30. However, all other parameters staying equal, GSB finds a lot of systems when settings are changed to Training%40/Test%60/Validation%0.
What am I missing?

Validation at 10% doesn't generate systems. Will try again with newer GSB
