You can make quite complex fitness combinations. My preference however is to NP*AT (the defaults)
If you've seen the movie https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/When_the_Game_Stands_Tall with Jim Caviezel, they won 151 high school games in a row. Their goal however was not primarily to win.
This is how I see fitness. My preference is simple fitness, but tight final filters on what systems you chose to walk forward.
