Structure of the forum
You might want to create different sub-forums, ie GSB / PA / EWFO
Within each of these you could have:
- Software versions (a thread per new version)
- open/resolved Requests / issues
- GSB Methodology
- General discussions
- etc.

I cannot understand why I am not allowed to create a new topic. I am a paid user, yet I get this message preventing me from creating a new topic on
the forum.

A good question.
New users especially, create topics for things that are well discussed already.
It makes the forum a big unmanageable mess. The other issue is no one gets an email if you post on a new topic. Then you dont get replies from users
or me.
If its in an existing topic, all users how subscribe get an email when you post.
Then you are more likely to get a reply. This is also good as no one person views 24/7 but the user base is all over the world, and can at times
respond when im offline
If in doubt, post here
