Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could
potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without
jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only
those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of

Cloud reporting

I am thinking about having reporting of cloud usage made public.

Likely something like, amount of public cloud workers,
biggest cloud donor, biggest cloud user.
Number of walk-forwards in que / active.

Is this of interest,
and if so, how would people feel if the forum username is published in this reporting.

Am hoping for graphs of the figures over time.

One of the indirect goals is for people to use and give to the public cloud more.

Sounds like a novel idea, would be great to see the metrics or usage, availability, #systems built, wf performed, etc.

Sounds like a good idea Peter.
I also agree what Bruce is leaning towards (i think) to be able to see performance metric of markets system built on, i think it would be interesting to see the top ten "best " results for systems built for example Soya Beans. etc etc.. with the sole goal of seeing whats possible to achieve on specific markets and having benchmarks..

the metric is complex.

When are we going to track them.
ie if nth is no trade, results are going to be down 50% from nth all.
I see merits to what you say, but the finer detail is problimatic

Totally ok for me if the forum username is published in the reporting....and from there I see interesting development in sharing data (metrics etc.)

Great to see this feedback, as the post has gone in a different direction to expected.
My purpose of the post was to promote and increase cloud useage.

Maybe the submit system by market option only works when
nth and dates are all. We keep the top say 5 systems.
There is lots of weakness in this - but its still useful.
A weakness is there are no checks for validation of robustness

Why not show top system metrics, only from systems that has been WF, used nth all and date all... minimum used dates X and minimum Nth ALL..
And only above PAS x.. and system stats in perhaps brackets... PAS 40-80 and 80 - 100..

Would this be a solution or am i missing something..

I think thats a reasonable idea. Likely it will be some time before this is done.
The first stage might be just a manual submit of system
