A productive week. Numerous normalization modes added to GSB, but testing them now which takes some time. Thanks to all those who have contributed
workers.
Also close to new improved settings on Nasdaq long only swing systems, but testing my best settings with the new normalization modes.
70.32 build pushed with the new normalization modes. Recommend to not try them till I confirm they are better than existing modes, and ts = gsb etc
Im pushing builds regularly as each new normalization mode is added into GSB

Here are some initial stats on normalization modes
Whats clear is the original highestlowest2, and center scaling are no where near as good as the newer modes. Sigmoid and zscore are in the current
build of GSB, and either are recommend to use as default (definitely not both of them at the same time)
Results in out of sample fitness F medium and the amount of systems in favorite D are my criteria
Whats the best normalization method varies per market, so im going to test again on Nasdaq long only systems
70.38 released. This has new dummy eld if you get a compile error saying looking for
dummyscript Value1 = GSB_Scripts_2025_11_10;

next build, macro to export all wf systems results into a file. Lots of testing done on new normalization modes, with some promising candidates
Other updates not released yet.
alertmon and gsbsourcemanger may be giving false anti virus message in your temp folder due to OpenHardwareMonitorLib.dll
I have an alternative dll under testing, that shouldnt give this issue

released 70.44 build
has export wf results in macro, new eld including some functions that were missing, more normaliztion modes that im testing. Some look promising.
There are about 40 new normalization modes but I wont release them till im confident they are better or at least equal to what we have now.

70.46 released. Bug fix for some ts functions that didn't compile. New ELD's.
We have about 60 normalization modes that im testing. Will take me some time to test them all on various markets.
Next we are looking at (again) if we can go to newer versions of Microsoft .net. Last time we looked at this it was no end of compile errors to be
fixed.
Advantage if we get to upgrade may be more speed. New rego software also will be needed, so if this happens, its a major upgrade
After that hope to look at mean reversion systems in GSB. The NQ market right now is going really well with this sort of system. Its not a quick job
to build this into GSB

we successfully got gsb to work on .net version 10. Still testing. Not likely to release soon as we need new rego software for all users, new
obfuscation and some machine like my windows 10 pc would not run .net10 until i upgraded to windows 11
Next build will have bug fixes / issues for some elds that do not compile

Slow progress this week. Working on a single build that can use .net 4.8 to 10, rathter than have two seperate builds of GSB
minor compile issue in TS and MC close to resolved, but likely no updates this week.
Also done a lot of alertmon refinements. For example global excluding monitoring of charts from 4pm to 5pm (central usa) as all markets closed then
