Second issue, It seems that on one build one cant validate using first one date set, and then backtest using another date set, results for
verifucation is the same... so if i build using build dates 2007 to 2018 and global end date 2018, i do verification.... i then backtest and change
using dates 2007 to 2015 and do verification, i seem to get same results..... hmm when i write this, i was thinking, am i really needed to change
OVERRIDE ORIGINAL SETTINGS before i backktest using new dates before my verification?

Auto update of the expired builds (pre 58.18) had a bug in auto update.
the file c:\gsb\version.txt had 58.160 instead of 58.180 in it.
This will cause manager to not open if you use the shortcut on the desktop.
please edit the file and change the 6 to a 8.

I think many users who have config files from 58.18 or earlier, cant build systems using there old settings files on builds after this.
I consider this a critical bug and are keen to fix asap.
For now either use 58.18 or right click and reset op settings to default (left side menu)

I think something that can also help, is to open the opt setting saved in older version of manager, in a never version of manager, then save that.
Now i believe you should be able to run your opt setting in a new manager.
Be aware though to make sure to avoid having the "all new features by auto turned on" by default... so you are sure to get what you actually saved in
the old manager.

I am trying to Build a system for Ten Year Note with several built-in indicators and several custom indicators available to be utilized. My Manager
shows the custom indicators as available for Main, Secondary and Tertiary Filters. However, the Registered Worker that is simultaneously running
during this Build operation shows 0 Custom Indicators available to be utilized (left panel). Also, just flipping through the Scripts for several of
the Unique Systems that are being built, it appears to me that none of the custom indicators are showing up in the strategies I have looked at. Since
there are as many custom indicators as built-in available to the program, I get the impression that the custom indicators are not actually being
incorporated into any of the strategies, and that the program is not attempting to see if they are useful. Perhaps, I am incorrect, but that is the
way it appears to me so far. Also, I just stopped the Registered Worker, then tried to use the Tools > Custom Indicators > Load Exported Files menu
sequence and a message pop-up says 0 custom indicators loaded. For the Manager, doing the same , it says 13 custom indicators loaded.

Please send me anydesk.com details. I think CI was fixed 6++ months ago, but I have never used it. ALso think GSB doesn't work on ten year notes.
Likely this will be the case until we add pattern filters. (in the pipeline) WIll confirm about 10 year notes with a another user.

very hard to fix this issue. Ive seen it myself on rare occasions.
save your settings (full) in a macro (pull settings)
try a full reset of opsettings
runthe macro to put settings back
save opt settings.
if that doesn't work reduce the indicator set. using the 87 in trials users is a good start

I believe i did all this when i first reported it 2019, and then i reported it again a second time almost a year after, las time i think was 2020
june or july, i have done everything in the book plus some  .. I reset the opt
setting, i reset app setting, i re installed GSB, i tested it on two separate computers, same isssue occured, i also tested it on standalone also, I
then did TV session with you on two separate occasions.. i sent all files trough support on first occasion, You wanted to see the problem for yoursel
and reproduced the error during out TV session, and then sent all files to yourself so programmer could see it, you confirmed the issue and that
programmer has reporoduced it also. Bug was also i believe confirmed to be fixed by programmer.
So i have done everything humanly possible i think
Its not the end of the world but would be good to get it finally properly fixed on such otherwise amazing product as GSB are.

Results of Change , since I don't see those values again when I group them again.
Could you be working with a very old Setting.gsb template? It is the configuration of the GOLD system.
Could the file be out of date and there is a problem?

@daniel, this bug can have many causes and they were all fixed over time. I saw it again 2 months ago and found it was a certain indicator that we
removed.
There can be many causes and I have not seen this myself
Run a reduced indicators as a test. the 21 that come with the esymnq settings would be good.
Its very hard to identify. YUou can also test your manager settings in the standalone

Today the error has been repeated, it occurs with another updated template.
When you click on the strategy to analyze it, it disappears from the board.
What can be the error? Is it possible that some configuration creates conflict and when selecting the strategy it makes it disappear or change the
values?
Tell me when can we do Anydesk.

Hello,
I see a parameter difference in the GSB vs Strategy Code, Vars parameter window.
The GSB Vars code: entryParams2 (-7) does not exist and then entryParams2 (-7) exists in the parameter window, how is it possible? It's a mistake?

entryParams2 is not used unless dualcross entry is used, so please ignore this issue

there is an issue with gsbdecylerOscialatordiff. All users should not use this until its fixed. It will be fixed else removed in the next build

I had errors to where things change. Extremly hard to figure out why, but it seems to be unique to certain inidcators (That are not teribly differnt
to others that work fine)
Im going to disable there in the next build.

Peter where are the macros for the ES, NQ and YM, corrected with the correct fitness function. The results that come out of the systems are not good.

They should be in C:\gsb\Data\Settings\Macros\NQ.YM.ES
If the results were not good with these macros, changing fitness wont fix the issue.
These macros have the old fintess, but the new fitness has only mild improvements to the older fitness. If your stuck we can use anydesk.com session
to look at it.
