There is a hard coded expiry date today. All users have to upgrade.
Will post the new exe ASAP. Programmer is not online at this instant.
GSB wont run if you restart.

I have purchased GSB and didn't have to activate GSB this time.

25.8 out. GUI enhancements, bug fixes. Excellent to use commision in fitness field now.
Bottom left in gui is description of each GUI function when you click on it.
More ts functions now GSB_... Many are much faster than the TS ones.

26.1 is out.
It has file save / load at long last.
Other GUi tweaks & bug fixes.
Removal of non unique systems. (Makes things faster and uses less ram)
Known bug. If you delete systems, load new GSB systems you've just saved, more systems come back.

I have 27.1 build. It has fix for wf ts code not appearing at times, but the TS<> GSB part is not working properly yet. I will release it when its
fixed. This has taken a fair bit of programing time so less builds than normal have come out in the last week.
To check the TS code = GSB code, you have debug on in gsb, debug dates from start to end dates in GSB. Then you right click the code as shown.

GSB 27.8 is out. June 28 release.
Lots of fixes for TS<>GSB, and a few other fixes.
Some indicators that are not 100% have been disabled. Wont take be long before they are all back.
This might mean the a saved system from previous GSB build wont work in new build.
You must load the ELD that came with this build. MC users should use the ElD as well, as the .pla not yet updated.
WF bug where anchored was rolling, and visa versa fixed. So set anchored to True by default.
WF code not always appear bug fixed.
You now can import TS data with indicators added to it, without a crash. (extra fields are ignored)
Much more to do, and many more features to go. This build has taken a very long time to happen. Sorry for delays.
Diag mode changed a lot. GSB now makes all its indicators into a file, and makes a ELD for GSB to do the same.
Then you can use GIT diff function to compare the files.
Diag mode in TS will be extremely slow as there is a lot of file writing.

29.1 is out. 36 out of 42 indicators are back, and I suspect its build better systems again.
Match too TS is not fully fixed, but greatly improved.
Netprofit / dd added in performance tab.

Do not use systems with these indicators. They dont match TS. This issue is in the normalizing of Roofingfilter.

Hi Peter,
If the GSB setting "number of oscillators" could be set to 1,
it is easy the check if the GSB oscillators give the same result in TS.
At the moment it's more difficult to pinpoint where the problems might be.

how to identify the issues, but I think its best not for users to put too much work into this.
If the match is bad, just choose another system. There are many systems to choose regardless.
We are making good progress on the issue, but there have been a lot of causes for this issue.
More has been identified over the weekend, but I havnt spoken to the programmer about the specifics.
It would be very easy to limit the indicators to a number x, but better still would be the ability to chose in the GUI what indicators you want to
use, not use
and later on a option to force GSB to use. ie force GSB to use rsi etc
I think my task is to get GSB so the indicators are 100%, or 99% but then empower the users to diagnose there own mismatches where they are
the users problem, not GSB. Currently most issues are GSB fault, not users.
So if users know GSB was 100%, then they could check does their data = GSB, is their session time correct? It the issue unique to MC etc, ar bars back
the same...
From today I saw that my TS data <> GSB data due to TS making it back adjusted on rollvoer date, but the normalized data did work out the same

29.2 is out.
LOAD THE NEW ELD FOR TS AND MC
New eld with minor fix for first few bars on chart on CloseMinusCloseD. ELD now works for MC
bug fixes,
more fixes for TS<>GSB, exit bars added in TS code
indicator diagnostic now works for all data streams.
TS code now has exit after x minutes added to it.
Part of TS<>GSB is that TS code is a times faulty.
Also secondary filter is not always correct in GSB
GSB function which normalizes data uses Highest & lowest functions. These at times clearly give faulty results.

29.7 is out. You must now set market on close time in contracts field
stops and pt now work for overnight gaps.
more metrics in eld code.
bug fixes where sometimes indicator type was optimized in wf.
You can now trades stocks. ie trade $10,000 of stock xyz.
The performance metrics dont yet have % profits etc for stock mode.

Can you give an example for what your input would be for PerUnitSide?
Normally in TS I either put .005 per share/contract for commission and about .05 to .10 (these are pennies) per share/contract for slippage OR I will
use % Total Cost which I would input .0025 (ie 100k * .0025 = $250 cost)

probably wont upload it till more features are done.

Great to hear you added PROM. Thank you.
I will await to hear back from you to confirm how the input should be expessed in the PerUnitSide.
NOTE: I did try using .0125 as an input for PerUnitSide and it does appear to be multiplying that with the capital and seems to report what I would
expect.
Also, t would be very helpful to have a line added in the TS Script that reports Total Commission in $ (dollars) so we can see what the Total $ for
commission was for the
backtest. It appears you have to go to Performance>Main tab to see it. Would be more convenient to also have it reported in TS Script since many
other important
metrics are already being reported there.

Fix for draw-down bug. Separate commission and slippage.
dll's updated too.
WF is very ram hungry. This is high priority to fix. You can wf systems from 30.7 in 29.8 if you save them.
