ts outage 26 jan 2022

TS data servers have died on 2 of my 3 accounts.
Fix was to logout of ts, and reopen.
check all charts are updating

there was an outage today. GSB cloud, forum and web site down. Apologies.

GSB server is going to be rebuilt approx 8am central Tue 30 of June 2020
GSB cloud, forum, web site will all be done
Outage will be a number of hours
Apologies, but this will lead to greater reliability in back end of GSB

6am central usa time
forum working, but no email from forum

you need to stop manager and start them, or close and start new one
forum smtp is not working
This means you will not get emails from the forum.
Should be fixed in 24 hour


everything else is working

we are 100% running, apart from emails comming from zwag.id.au domain instead of trademaid.info

Second time in my trading career, TS is down. Login failed, cant access accounts. I think this applies to all TS logins for all user. IM on hold now for 12 minutes.... will advise when update

ts now logs in. dax data feed is down. possible gaps in other data

dax is working, but we lost data for 1 hour and there is a now hole in my data of 6 hours.
