Hi Daniel,
good question and hard for you to do. What I didnt realize is the trial version doesnt give you this ability. My logic is there is too much to get into trouble for a new GSB user. Hence a number of complex features are over simplified.
However I can fix this if needed.
We need to put your GSB into admin mode. This is not normally done for trial users, but it can be done.
Here is a screen shot of how to do it once your in GSB admin mode.
But this also might not work as you intend. The reason is GSB doesnt allow duplicate systems. There is also a fix for this.
see data tweak picture below. GSB thinks it has 2 (or make it more) data streams.
Im just calling the same data file a different name to fake different data streams.
This will result in possibly more and duplicate systems.
In this approach - this is what I do.
build some systems with your favorite template of settings.
test the stats using nth (invert each day) and the stats of after 20150630
Then say add the first of the 1 new stops.
Build new systems, see what the stats are.
The stops make a big different to net profit and drawdown metrics.
High NP and higher DD, vs lower NP and lower DD.
Note the ave 5 worst DD custom metric is very worth looking at.
